Class Description: Want to take your game to the next level these holidays? With rep tryouts coming up soon, this is the perfect program for you! Each session lasts for 3 hours and includes skills, shooting & finishing drills, live action 3v3, 2v2, etc. It will be run by one of our coaches who will also facilitate some off-court strength work to increase strength, vertical leap and avoid injuries! To end off each session, players will use our recovery room (ice bath, sana and massage pants) to recover from the workout!
